The project site which is very close to Taksim Square is consisting of 9 blocks in 20.000m² field area. These site has some historical buildings which are being restorated and renovated as well. The penthouse floors are designed with steel construction (main structure; hot-rolled beams, purlins and siderails; cold formed profiles) to obtain optimum roof weight and adoupt the roof geometry in some new buildings. The roof and facade cladding will be done by titanium-zinc standing seam system after steel construction.
