Titanium-zinc clamped system roof, eaves and under eaves, tile roof and various steel construction works have been done in the 38-block luxury housing project.

In the project, many different details that may be used in titanium-zinc clamped roof coverings have been applied together. These applications; vertical clamp, slatted system clamp, overlapping system forehead, graded forehead and pigeon details and similar details were applied in accordance with the technique.

Approximately 23.000m2 of cladding, 14.000m2 of insulation between the roof, 300 chimneys and various works were completed in as short as 8 months.
